Food was absolutely delicious and very well prepared throughout, totally brilliant. Great large bed provided as two beds were well put together. Great size room with ample space to move around freely and store several large luggages.

When i visit Renovation was going on... Building was old (i would suggest new paint :-D) but Rooms were very good all basic facilities were provided. Rooms were large in size. Though i feel bathroom were small. We demanded for extra bedding & instead of a extra mattress we got the actual folding bed. Hotel is just 2kms away from Partition museum & Golden temple. Auto-Rickshaws were easily available. Novelty Mall was just on walking distance. Best park was open space & covered parking.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable if slightly dated room room, excellent buffet breakfast with a good selection of traditional Indian breakfast and European options too.

Location is very good. Lawrence road was walkable distance. Room size was very good. Staff were very co-operative. Transport help from Prabal was more than I expected.

Cleanliness and Taste Quality of Food.... Location is convenient.... Front Office staff is very generous..... Rooms were cozy and comfortable..... This was our second visit and we got better facilitation.... Look forward for little more discount as we only choose Ritz Plaza in whole Amritsar....

This Hotel is well located on the MG Road with proximity to big Malls. But the best part of this hotel was its staff. They were cooperative and efficient beyond words. I would say this is the best 4 star hotel in Amritsar. We also had a decent view from our room.

The location of the hotel was good. Since the main hotel is around 50 meters away from the main road, it was insulated from the traffic noise. The hotel staff was cooperative and nice.

I loved the atmosphere and garden setting. A haven in a busy city. There need to be more hotels like this in India. The very modern new hotels are not my taste. Spoke to the owner who was very friendly and informative. Probably my best nights sleep in India so far! Great swimming pool.
